We enjoy business casual dress and “Jean Fridays” at all our locations. The company sponsors a number of events during the year including employee sports teams, special occasion events, barbecues and a variety of business and department celebrations. Employees also enjoy an annual golf tournament, curling bonspiels, dragon boat racing, baseball, hockey and basketball tournaments.
We keep our employees informed about new developments and company information through our internal business user site (iBus).

Training and Skills Development
We offer tuition subsidies for courses related to your position and to support career and skills development in the future. In addition, we provide subsidies for professional accreditation, in-house apprenticeship and skilled trade internships, and offer a variety of in-house and external training programs.
We also offer the convenience of onsite Lunch and Learns for employees on various topics throughout the year including preparing healthy meals and work/life balance to name a few.
